Giveaway rules

Last updated October 17, 2026

These rules apply to any giveaway shown on the We're Here website. The prize and how winners are chosen are posted on the giveaway card on our home page, and that card is part of these rules.

No purchase or donation necessary

Entering is free. You do not have to buy anything or give any money to enter or to win. A donation does not improve your chances of winning.

Who can enter

You must be 18 or older.
One entry per person for each giveaway. Duplicate entries may be removed.
Board members, staff and volunteers of We're Here may not win.

How to enter

Type your name and a phone number or email address into the giveaway card on our home page and tap Enter to win. Entries made any other way are not counted.

How winners are chosen

The giveaway card says how winners are chosen. Either the first people to enter, up to the number shown on the card, win, or a winner is drawn at random from all entries. Entry times are recorded by our website, and our records decide any question about who entered first.

Prizes

The prize is what is described on the giveaway card. Prizes have no cash value unless we say so, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be transferred to someone else.

Contacting winners

We will contact winners using the phone number or email they entered. If we can't reach a winner within a reasonable time, or the information was not correct, we may choose another winner.

Your information

We use your name and contact details only to run the giveaway and reach winners, and we delete entries when the giveaway is over. See our privacy page for more.

Other terms

We may change, pause or end a giveaway at any time, for example if there is a problem with the website or a suspected misuse.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Facebook or any other social media site.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
